Bad material and no comfort.

Not so good product ,also customer service is verry bad
When I bought this product, I did not like it so I returned it. After that, I ordered different shoes which I received and I also made the payment for them. But there has been no update on the shoes that I returned. After that I get an email that the product you sent for return is a T-shirt. They sent me a video and photo in which a T-shirt was shown. send with AWB no.
When the delivery agent came to me for take my return parcel, after checking the product properly, he took away the shoes that were in it. Later when I questioned the customer care they tried to prove me wrong and said you sent us a diffrent product, we cannot help you in this matter nor can we refund it, so I told them that the delivery partner you had assigned for the return has taken it after checking everything, if the product was different then he would not have picked it up, so He said that he only does pickup, he doesn't check what is there in the packing, that is our team It is checked and we cannot refund you. Later I spoke to the delivery agent and asked him for his supervisor's number. or give them AWB no. Then he sent me the details and photo of the product with my AWB no. On the packet that I had sent. The red tape shoes in it which i return. After that I sent him the photo with AWB no.that the supervisor of the delivery agent had sent me, in which there were shoes, and I sent him an email in reply. After that I did not receive any reply from them, after that I called the customer care of Red Tape and they said that you are not accepting that Red Tape has received a different product, that is why we are refunding you but before they denied . Customers should accept their mistake. I was not prepared that I was defrauded by changing the product from their warehouse and till date I have not received any refund. I have returned the product on 13 April 2024, it has been 9 days now, it was a very bad experience, I will never shop from Red Tape in the future nor will I advise anyone to shop from Red Tape's website worst experience
